With extensive experience leading Construction, Property & Design teams across New Zealand, he has gained exposure with a great range of local and international clients and candidates.

With a true understanding behind building genuine partnerships, he has a proven track record in delivering key recruitment solutions which has led to an established network throughout New Zealand. Simon understands that by treating everyone with respect and using effective communication you’ll deliver an exceptional level of customer service to those involved throughout the recruitment process.

With nearly a decade of expertise in recruitment in the New Zealand market, Casey excels in connecting top talent with exceptional opportunities.

With extensive experience previously working for a global recruitment firm, specialising in Permanent/Temporary recruitment for the Construction & Property industries. Prior to joining Redpath she has demonstrated proficiency in managing teams and locations remotely, showcasing her adaptability and leadership skills in diverse settings.

Known for her strategic approach and deep industry knowledge, Casey has a proven track record of delivering outstanding results in the fast-paced world of recruitment.

Casey leads our national architecture and design business across New Zealand.

Olivia is a seasoned recruitment leader with extensive experience in the Construction and Property sectors across New Zealand. In her previous role, she successfully led a national Accountancy and Finance team within a global recruitment agency, where she was known for her deep market knowledge and ability to showcase exceptional professionals.

Starting her career in London’s fast-paced recruitment industry, she developed expertise across multiple sectors, with a specialist focus on Finance. Her leadership, commitment, and dedication to excellence make her a trusted partner in these dynamic fields.

Olivia now leads our Finance business across New Zealand.
